Commercial vs. Residential: Say 'So Long' to Silos?

The trend for several years has been for residential real estate practitioners to dabble in commercial real estate sales to bump up their income. Should commercial real estate specialists also explore residential business activity? According to the 2017 Choosing a Career in Real Estate report, 41 percent of male NAR members and 26 percent of female members practice both.
