Mortgage Rates Reverse Course

Mortgage rates fell last week, with the benchmark 30-year fixed mortgage rate dropping to 4.39 percent. The average 15-year fixed mortgage retreated to 3.42 percent, while the larger jumbo 30-year fixed mortgage rate is now 4.42 percent.
