While broker/owners should be focused on running a successful operation, many work twice as much as they ever did as an agent. In fact, a common occurrence among many entrepreneurs, says business expert Zenovia Andrews, is to unwittingly commit themselves to becoming the lowest rung on the ladder.  “People believe that starting a new business is supposed to mean they’ll have to work much longer hours. They lose perspective and burn out.”
