Recruiting and the Changing Demographics of REALTOR Members

Looking at data from NAR’s 2014 Member Profile and 2014 Profile of Real Estate Firms, we can examine the demographics of current REALTORS®, such as gender, age, racial and ethnic distribution, and tenure in real estate. These numbers tell us about the diversity of our members and can be utilized by real estate firms when determining who to recruit, what recruiting challenges they are facing, and how effective their recruiting has been.
