Firms, Tenure and Experience: The Profile of Today’s REALTOR

Results from the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®’ 2015 Member Profile show that REALTOR® office and firm affiliations remained largely unchanged from last year. Most REALTORS® are independent contractors, typically affiliated with an independent company. A little over half work at a one-office firm. One new data point is worth a second look, and that is tenure in firms.
