Implementing Mastermind Groups sets an example for the entire organization that we expect agents to help each other and to share what is successful in their businesses. We fully understand that we are all commissioned agents and independent contractors that compete against each other, but when we adopt this attitude of abundance and openly share, encourage, and believe in one another, we know that the best is yet ahead.
