Home Buying...with Children

As the school year gets into full swing, both kids and their homebuyer parents will be facing new challenges. When we look at the needs of homebuyers with children under the age of 18 in the home, we discover that this is a unique buyer group. Neighborhood and location of the home, preferred communication styles with their agent and criteria for finding just the right home are all distinctive to buyers who have children.
